Digital Scrapbooking Challenge: Day 12 A Stitch In Time

This was July’s free montly kit from Holly McCaig. I can see this being a layout about crafting or a layout about my dear friend who taught me to sew. It could also be about “lessons learned”, and getting to things in a timely manner - before they overwhelm you.

Again, a ScrapNOW Layout can be created simply - as a framework for the layout. Besides adding the photo and the journaling - you may find you want to add a lot more embellishments and papers. Creating ScrapNOW Layouts is a basic strategy for gaining tons of ‘ready-to-go’ pages. This is a fast and easy way to ‘get them scrapped’ - especially when you have a lot of photos you want to use.

Making ScrapNOW Layouts is for all skill levels. The complexity and advanced techniques come into play with the layering - and altering the elements. A beginner can ‘click and drag’ her way through making ScrapNOW Layouts, and as she goes looking to learn more - the possibilities become endless. What a great hobby!
