Do You Think This Will Also Work For Christmas Layouts?

I really like the new Monthly Kit from ScrapWOW. Amy Teets has done a wonderful job! I realize this isn’t meant to be Christmas paper, but I can’t help thinking “hip and funky” Holidays when I look at it. The card and envelope that Barbara created worked well with a Christmas theme - I just had to try it out for scrapbooking, too.

Is this color pallette too unusual for Christmas? What do you think? Do you prefer traditional holiday colors? A lot of people do. I know Barbara has mentioned that her house is done up in mauve, cream, and gold for the holidays. Personally, I like hunter green, burgandy, and silver. What’s your favorite?
