I Changed My Mind

Okay, Barbara, I have to apologize. I got carried away while creating the Bagamite and went ahead and made a card and envelope. This Bagamite was so interesting to create. The math for configuring it took a little thought, but once I worked it out - it came out just the way I wanted it to. The ribbon, the text box, and I’ll have to show it in another photo, but the sides are a different paper - and it was all created on one sheet and printed out. I then took my print out and used the Bagamite template kit and created the little gift bag. Using the same digi kit, I designed this cute notecard and matching envelope.

Using the Bagamite template kit with regular patterned paper would be easier, but it was great fun and quite challenging to design the template digitally and then to add the digi papers and embellishments. And, you know, I love a challenge!

Here’s a side shot. See how the paper for the sides is the alternate paper from the card and envelope? I love that.

I guess the light from the window kind of washed out the colors - the pattern is much more distinguishable in real life. It really is a darling ensemble. And, one of the great things about our digi world - once you create a template, it’s yours to use forever. Trust me - I’ll be making more of these!!!

But again, Barbara, I’m sorry I didn’t use the Wedge Card template as promised. I really like it, but I’ll leave that to you.

You’re forgiven, Jessica. I’ll be happy to make a graduation gift set using the Wedge Card and Envelope set, and the Bagamite kit for the gift bag. I think it will turn out beautifully!
